Language and translations
Bluecoins is available in 40 languages — switch the in-app language from Settings, independently of your phone's system language.
Bluecoins ships in 40 languages — the interface is fully translated, from menus and forms to reports and dialogs. If English is not your language, the app can speak yours.
Switching the app language
The language setting is at the top of Settings. It opens a picker of all available languages, and your choice applies to the app immediately — the setting is an in-app override, meaning it does not depend on your phone’s system language. You can run Bluecoins in one language while the rest of your phone is in another.
The 40 languages
The full set spans Arabic, Bulgarian, Catalan, Czech, German, Greek, Spanish, Persian, Finnish, French, Croatian, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Hebrew, Japanese, Kannada, Korean, Malayalam, Malay, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, European and Brazilian Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Serbian, Swedish, Swahili, Tamil, Telugu, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu, Vietnamese, and Simplified and Traditional Chinese. Every user-facing string in the app is translated into each of these locales — a new string added anywhere in the app is added to all 40 language files in the same pass, so the languages do not drift out of date.
Translations versus listing languages
The 40 in-app languages are the languages the app itself speaks. The Google Play listing is translated into fewer languages — the number you see on the store page describes the listing text, not the app. Inside the app, all 40 are available regardless of which store listing you read.
A note on older sources
You may find older Bluecoins pages that say “35 languages.” That number is outdated — the app has supported 40 locales for some time, and every current source in the app confirms 40. If you see a language count on the site or the store, 40 is the one that matches today’s app.
