Premium

Bluecoins is free with ads. Premium is a one-time purchase (not a subscription) that removes ads and unlocks several features. Reach it from the About section of the main settings list: open the app drawer, tap Settings, and use the Upgrade to Premium row (premium users see a Donate row instead).

What Premium unlocks

• No ads — the ad banner disappears from the settings screen and elsewhere in the app.
• Premium themes — Clean & Light, Forest Green, Misty Rose, Calming Beige, and Dark Knight in the theme picker.
• Online sync — backup and restore through Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive. See the online sync settings.
• Push-notification auto-log — logging bank transactions from push notifications. See the notifications settings.
• Future Projection — the calendar’s future-projection toggle. See the calendar settings.

The upgrade screen

The Premium screen is the purchase UI: it loads the premium product and starts the Google Play billing flow, and the purchase completes inside Google Play. The About section of Settings shows Upgrade to Premium for standard users and Donate for premium users — so the entry point changes once you are premium, and the donate screen (“Treat your developer!”) is where premium users can support the developer with a donation.

Health advice

If you sync between devices or want the dark AMOLED-friendly themes, Premium pays for itself — and because it is a one-time purchase, there is no recurring charge to remember to cancel. Everything else in the app keeps working without it, so there is no lock-in pressure.
